•    I have designed, planned, directed, produced, and edited remote live streaming as well as graphic design and video content. From conception to completion, I have produced live television shows, interviews, short videos, promotions, commercials, and documentaries.
•    My responsibilities included creative and content strategy, video, digital and social media, graphic design, audio production, live streaming, lighting, sound, multiple camera shooting, video equipment, OTT platform, and website development.
•    Created virtual studio environments that were customized to permit easy integration of branding and the presentation of speakers from around the world in a single virtual studio.
•    Developed and managed a network of creative, production, and post-production partners.

•    Managed creative and video production projects with professional teams, including leading brainstorming sessions, mentoring, improving workflows, assigning workloads, executing creative design and media production projects, planning and managing budgets, maximizing efficiency, and reducing costs.

•    Managed budgets of over $3,000,000 for the establishment and continuous operation of two television stations and video production studios in Europe.

•    Produced award-winning music videos for Romania's top artists (MTV Award for Best Music Video - Directia 5).

•    Working in an agency environment for top brands and advertising agencies, I have integrated advertisers and products into commercials and TV shows in innovative ways (the first one-second commercial in Europe, the first live commercial at a stadium).
•    Directed and produced live concerts and TV shows, live broadcasts with four to twelve cameras, and/or recorded the events for later editing.
